I offer life coaching sessions for clients who are interested in changing their lives. Life is filled with opportunities for change. However, change can be overwhelming and sometimes we need help navigating these times in our lives. Coaching offers goal setting, support, and accountability. It is different than therapy as I will not diagnose and treat mood disorders. However if I feel there might be a mental health component that is blocking change from happening, I will give referrals to therapists that can help. We will work on taking steps in the present moment to reach your specific desired outcomes.

Individual Coaching

Some examples of individual coaching can be learning assertiveness skills, techniques to reduce people pleasing tendencies, boundary settings in relationships, or working through transitions in life. Whether you want to begin working on a new career path or learn more interpersonal skills, I am here to help.

Relationship Coaching

If you are in a relationship and want support figuring out new ways for improved communication, or want to learn to improve on how to show up for a family members you live going through something in life (medical issues, mental health issues, etc), I am ready to start the process with you!
